1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lumra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumra is a secure, group-based media sharing platform that enables users to create private groups and share images, videos, and GIFs exclusively with group members. The platform emphasizes privacy, content moderation, and organized sharing through a subscription-based model.

3. User Accounts

To use Lumra, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content containing nudity, sexual content, or explicit material (NSFW content is automatically detected and blocked)
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload any content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

5. Content Moderation

Lumra uses automated content moderation systems, including AWS Rekognition, to detect and filter inappropriate content, including but not limited to NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. All uploaded content is subject to review before being approved for viewing.

Content that violates our community guidelines or is detected as inappropriate will be rejected, and users may be subject to account suspension or termination.

6. Subscription Plans

Lumra offers subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Starter Plan: 2GB storage, max 200 image uploads per month, max 10 members, max 15 groups - $0/month
• Growth Plan: 100GB storage, max 1,500 image uploads per month, max 50 members, unlimited groups, AI Semantic Search, AI Automatic Categorization - $12/month
• Enterprise Plan: 500GB storage, max 8,000 image uploads per month, unlimited group members, unlimited groups, AI Semantic Search, AI Automatic Categorization - $45/month

Subscription fees are charged monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Lumra. By uploading content, you grant Lumra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and other members of your groups.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at support@lumra.net.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumra, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
