1. Overview

At Lumra, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

2. Subscription Plans

Lumra offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter Plan: $0/month - 2GB storage, max 200 image uploads per month, max 10 members, max 15 groups
  • Growth Plan: $12/month - 100GB storage, max 1,500 image uploads per month, max 50 members, unlimited groups, AI Semantic Search, AI Automatic Categorization
  • Enterprise Plan: $45/month - 500GB storage, max 8,000 image uploads per month, unlimited group members, unlimited groups, AI Semantic Search, AI Automatic Categorization

3. 14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Growth or Enterprise subscription within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You must contact us at support@lumra.net to request a refund
  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment
  • Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for this guarantee
  • Starter Plan subscriptions (free) are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for renewals beyond the initial 14-day period
  • Starter Plan subscriptions (no charges apply)
  • Partial month usage - refunds are for full subscription periods only
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after initial subscription
  • Subscription upgrades or downgrades (changes take effect at next billing cycle)

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@lumra.net. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all premium features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • Your subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan at the end of the billing period

Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Subscription Changes

If you upgrade your subscription during a billing period, the upgrade takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.

If you downgrade your subscription during a billing period, the downgrade will be scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current period, but your next charge will reflect the lower tier rate.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@lumra.net. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will correct it by either crediting your account or processing a refund, as appropriate.

Billing errors must be reported within 60 days of the charge date to be eligible for correction.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@lumra.net to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
